Their communication level is par none with prompt and professional responses within a day - most within hours! We received our wedding portfolio 6 days after our wedding (which was on a Saturday)! We decided on one photographer for our wedding - Jeremy, thank you so much. He was outstanding!! He met with us at the venue to pick out locations for the different types of shots we wanted, set up a day-of timeline, and was honest and straightforward on the pricing and options - but not pushing anything more than what we decided on.
